The Program Committee of the 2nd Asian Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technology (ACAIT 2018) invites the submission of technical papers for the main technical track of the conference which will be held in Chongqing, China, from June 8th to June 10th, 2018. ACAIT 2018 is sponsored by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and Chongqing University of Technology (CQUT). Submissions are invited on significant, original, and previously unpublished research on all aspects of artificial intelligence. All papers will receive mindful and rigorous reviews. ACAIT 2018 aims at providing one major international forum for researchers to share their new ideas and achievements. Submissions from other than the Asia‐Pacific regions are also highly encouraged.
ACAIT 2018 welcomes submissions across all areas of AI. The conference scope includes all subareas of AI, including (but not limited to) the following topics:
We expressly encourage work that cuts across technical areas and/or integrated capabilities. We encourage all types of contributions including theoretical, engineering and applied.
All accepted paper by ACAIT 2018 will be published by The Journal of Engineering (JoE, Online ISSN 2051-3305) which is indexed in Ei Compendex, IET Inspec, IEEE Xplore, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), GoOA platform and Clarivate Analytics Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) which means that the content published in The Journal of Engineering(JoE) is discoverable through Web of Science Core Collection..
Submitted papers must be formatted according to ACAIT guidelines and submitted electronically through the ACAIT 2018 website. Full instructions including formatting guidelines and electronic templates are available on the conference website. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference to present the work. Moreover, poster will be on view during the whole conference schedule. Authors will be required to agree to this requirement at the time of submission.
When submitting their papers, authors will be required to remark their paper’s session topic and the name of the recommended session chair.
ACAIT 2018 will award outstanding papers in each session.
All submissions will be treated in strict confidence until the publication date.
Papers will be subject to double blind peer review in which the reviewers do not know the author’s identity. In order to make blind reviewing possible, authors must omit their names and affiliations from the paper. Also, while the references should include all published literature relevant to the paper, including previous work of the authors, it should not include unpublished work (papers that are accepted and are made available online by the publisher can be cited). When referring to one’s own work, use the third person rather than the first person. Similarly, reviewers should not reveal their identities within the paper reviews. Selection criteria include originality of ideas, correctness, clarity, significance of results and quality of presentation. The decision of the Program Committee will be final and cannot be appealed.

Introduction of Chongqing
Chongqing is a major city in southwest China. Administratively, it is one of China’s four direct-controlled municipalities (the other three are Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin), and the only such municipality in China located far away from the coast.
Chongqing's population as of 2015 is just over 30 million with an urban population of 18.38 million. According to the 2010 census, Chongqing is the most populous Chinese municipality, and also the largest direct-controlled municipality in China. Chongqing was also a Sichuan province municipality during the Republic of China (ROC) administration, serving as its wartime capital during the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945).
Chongqing has a significant history and culture and serves as the economic centre of the upstream Yangtze basin. It is a major manufacturing centre and transportation hub; a July 2012 report by the Economist Intelligence Unit described it as one of China's "30 emerging megacities".
